What Buyer Protection Does Not Cover

To maintain transparency, Buyer Protection does not apply to:

Change of mind for Pre-Loved items
Minor wear consistent with disclosed condition
Delays caused by customs or incorrect delivery details
Buyer misuse or damage after delivery
