At Vowloo, we work exclusively with approved luxury sellers to ensure that every order is prepared, packaged, and delivered with care. As a curated multi-vendor marketplace, delivery methods and timelines may vary depending on the seller and destination.


Shipping Regions

Vowloo sellers currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Selected African countries

  • Europe & wider EMEA region

  • International destinations, subject to seller availability

Shipping eligibility and costs are displayed at checkout for each item.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the seller’s location, item type, and destination:

  • UAE: 1–5 business days

  • Middle East: 3–7 business days

  • Africa: 5–14 business days

  • Europe & International: 5–10 business days

Please note: Pre-Loved, high-value, or made-to-order items may require additional handling or verification time before dispatch.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Sellers may perform additional quality or authenticity checks before shipping.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details once your order has shipped.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by local authorities.

  • These charges are not included unless stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Vowloo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Shipping Partners

Sellers on Vowloo use trusted global and regional couriers, including:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Aramex

  • Local premium courier services

The courier used will depend on the seller and delivery destination.


Luxury Packaging

Many sellers provide luxury-standard packaging, which may include:

  • Branded boxes or dust bags

  • Protective wrapping

  • Discreet outer packaging for security

Packaging details will be indicated on the product page where applicable.


Pre-Loved Luxury Deliveries

For Pre-Loved Luxury items:

  • Additional handling or verification time may apply

  • Items are securely packaged to preserve condition

  • Tracking details are provided upon dispatch


Multiple Sellers & Shipments

If your order includes items from multiple sellers:

  • Items may ship separately

  • Delivery times may vary

  • You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment


Delivery Issues

If you experience:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged packaging or products

Incorrect Address Information
