At Vowloo, we are committed to providing a refined and trustworthy luxury shopping experience. As a curated multi-vendor luxury marketplace, returns and refunds are governed by this policy, individual seller terms, and applicable consumer protection laws.


1. General Overview

  • Vowloo connects buyers with approved luxury sellers.

  • Each seller sets return conditions within Vowloo’s standards.

  • Return eligibility is clearly stated on each product page.

  • Where local laws provide additional consumer rights, those rights will apply.


2. Returns – New Luxury Items

New luxury items may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated)

  • Item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in resaleable condition

  • Original tags, packaging, certificates, dust bags, and accessories are intact

  • Item is not marked Final Sale

Non-Returnable Items May Include

  • Made-to-order or customized items

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Items clearly marked Final Sale


3. Pre-Loved Luxury Items

Due to the nature of resale, Pre-Loved Luxury items are generally final sale.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is proven to be not authentic, or

  • The item received is materially different from the listing description

Minor wear consistent with the stated condition grade does not qualify for a return.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@vowloo.com within the eligible return period

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos where applicable

Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.


5. Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly described

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured courier

  • Responsibility for the item remains with the buyer until received by the seller

Vowloo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


6. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees, duties, and customs charges are non-refundable, unless required by law


7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Items are returned with missing packaging or accessories

  • Items show signs of use inconsistent with return conditions


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to seller approval and product availability.
Vowloo does not guarantee exchanges.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

Late notifications may affect eligibility for resolution.


10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to seller approval

  • Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible


11. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Vowloo before initiating a chargeback.

Abusive or unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions or suspension.


12. Compliance With Local Laws

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws.
Where mandatory local regulations apply, those provisions will take precedence.
