Our Authenticity Commitment

Vowloo is a curated, approval-only marketplace. We work exclusively with sellers who meet our standards for legitimacy, transparency, and professionalism.

All sellers on Vowloo are required to:

Provide accurate business or identity information
Agree to strict authenticity and anti-counterfeit rules
Represent products truthfully and transparently

Counterfeit or replica items are strictly prohibited on Vowloo.

Seller Verification

Before selling on Vowloo, sellers undergo a verification process which may include:

Business or personal identity verification
Proof of sourcing or brand authorization (where applicable)
Review of past selling history or credentials

Sellers who fail to meet our standards are not approved.

Product Listing Standards

Every product listed on Vowloo must:

Be accurately described and photographed
Clearly state whether it is New or Pre-Loved
Disclose condition, wear, or imperfections (for Pre-Loved items)
Comply with brand representation and intellectual property rules

Listings that do not meet these standards may be removed.

Pre-Loved Luxury Authentication

For Pre-Loved Luxury items, additional safeguards apply:

Sellers must disclose condition using clear grading
Known defects or signs of wear must be stated
Proof of authenticity may be requested at any time
Items found to be inauthentic are removed immediately

Where authenticity is disputed, Vowloo works with sellers to review documentation and may take further action in line with platform policy.

Secure Transactions

All purchases on Vowloo are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.

Trusted third-party payment providers
No storage of full card details
Payment confirmation before order processing

This ensures your financial information remains protected.

Ongoing Monitoring & Enforcement

Authenticity and trust do not end at approval.

Vowloo actively:

Monitors seller performance and buyer feedback
Reviews listings for compliance
Investigates reports of counterfeit or misrepresentation
Suspends or removes sellers who violate standards

What Happens if an Item Is Not Authentic

If a purchased item is proven to be not authentic:

The buyer should contact support@vowloo.com
The case will be reviewed promptly
Appropriate resolution will be pursued in line with our Buyer Protection and Returns policies

Sellers found to be in breach may face permanent removal.

Buyer Responsibility

We encourage buyers to:

Review product descriptions carefully
Ask questions before purchasing
Report concerns promptly upon delivery
